GoPano Usage

  • L Max Resolution
    Set camera to its maximum resolution (12.2 megapixels).
  • Av Aperture Priority
    Switch to aperture priority or manual mode so you can control the aperture value.
  • AF Auto Focus
    Focus on the mirror at about 15 cm. Adjust the auto focus area as necessary to focus around the horizon.
  • 15mm Max Focal Length
    Move camera away from optic to frame mirror vertically.
  • F2.4 F-Stop
    Set your F-Stop in the green range for best results:
    • Minimum:F2.8
    • Poor:F2.8 - 2.0
    • Better:F2.0 - 2.4
    • Best:F2.4 - 22.0
    • Maximum:F22.0
  • 100 ISO
    Use the lowest ISO setting that allows you to get the shot. Lower ISO images have less noise, but require a longer exposure.
